I’m an author. I’ve published 4 articles and a dissertation in the field of epigenetics. I’m am a scientist, I have my doctorate degree in the molecular basis of disease, an empath and an energetic processing coach. Now I’m developing and practicing energetic epigenetics work along with other metaphysical services and it feels like a dream come true.

I’m a ESFJ, if you are into Myers-Briggs that will make sense to you. I hoover between an extrovert (E) and an introvert (I) depending on the energy of room and the topic. I found this info in a leadership conference that I took at the height of my professional career. This was a life changing conference that actually opened me up to leaving my professional career, that was 5 years ago.

I’m also a wife and mom. I’ve struggled putting wife and mom as top priorities in my life but recently have been able to do just that while also loving the work I do.

For those who feel like they’ll know me better if they know my sun & moon. I am a sun sign Sagittarius and Leo moon. I love to travel and my heart and empathy run deep.

I’ve been on a spiritual journey since becoming a mother in 2014. My journey was amplified tremendously by a detox I started on my pineal glad in 2018. I’m a fan of tools but I’m also a fan of getting the root cause of trauma. I’ve spent years in therapy, using EMDR and Reiki for my own healing journey. 2020 has been the year for me to emerge as the mystic healer I really am with the deep activation and trauma processing/clearing work Allison Engel, my mentor has created. I’m also studying to practice her revolutionary Prism Collective service, the most luxurious way to tackle shadow work, own your shit, heal and lightning speed process.

I listen, I can feel what people feel and I hear what you are not saying. I’ve learned that what I believed to be downfalls, are my gifts- my big emotions are my tools. I’ve embraced and integrated my dark feminine and I love helping others walk this path.
